AMPD Protein Balls
1 heaping scoop AMPD Pro Vanilla Protein
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup organic honey
Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any dairy free alternative, we used Ripple milk)
Hand of candies of choice (dairy free chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, sugar free)
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients aside from the handful of candies and mix until combined. Add in almond milk (or alternative) little by little until dough consistency is formed. Mix in handful of candies. Roll in to small balls. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes or more. Store in sealed container in fridge. Enjoy!! Yields about 20 to 24 small balls, less if larger.
