I’m excited to work with you to achieve your fitness goals!! I earned my certification after struggling to feel confident in the gym. All the free weights and machines can be intimidating, but I know firsthand the empowerment that comes from pushing your body. As busy women it can be hard to put ourselves first, but good nutrition and 30 minutes in the gym can reset your mood and change your day.

Outside of the gym, I have three kids who keep me busy running to sports and activities. I try to spend as much time outdoors as possible, regardless of the weather. I also love to cook and create healthy alternatives to classic dinners.
