The Rebellion: Strength & Shred is a powerful 6-week training experience designed for women who are ready to take control of their fitness before the holidays hit. Led by Head Trainer Brook VerMeer and Coach Brenda, this program is about real strength, real coaching, and real results.

🧨 What to Expect

  • 2 In-Gym Bootcamp Sessions per Week
    Each 45-minute session is progressive, strength-focused, and built to shred fat while building lean muscle. You’ll train alongside other women in a supportive, high-energy group coached by two of Evolve’s best.
  • Three Time Slots Available:
    7:00 AM • 8:00 AM • 5:30 PM
    (Choose your preferred time; each session runs twice per week. A minimum number of sign-ups is required per slot.)
  • Two Program Options:
    • 💪 Bootcamp Only: Just the workouts – structured, strategic, and effective. $350
    • 🔥 Bootcamp+ Nutrition Coaching: Includes personalized macros, weekly check-ins with Brook, and adjustments tailored to your progress and lifestyle. $475
