Hi ladies, my name is Tara Nuss. I have a huge passion for fitness and health. I am currently working on getting my certification for personal training and nutrition coaching.  My goal is to inspire you to be the best version of yourself.

I have two beautiful children: Everett 7 and Bailey 3. They are my pride and joy. I enjoy running, hiking, and biking or anything outdoors. I work full-time at IRA Financial Trust Company as a Full Service Specialist. If you have any questions, don’t be afraid to ask, I’m an open book!
