Then this is not the program for you. My coaching is data driven and in order to analyze your diet and make informed decisions to get your closer to your goal, tracking your food is required.
Will I need to purchase supplements?

Nutrition coaching plans are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health problem – nor is it intended to replace the advice of a physician or registered dietitian. Do you provide a meal plan?
I do not create meal plans for my clients. However, we work together to incorporate the foods you enjoy eating to fit your macros and make healthy choices.
