I’ve been in the health and fitness space since 2016. My biggest passion is in helping women establish true sustainable habits and routines that will help them reach their physical goals and create a lifestyle that sticks even in the busiest of seasons. I was a high school English teacher for 3 years before I stepped into the fitness world full time in 2020. I worked as the speed and conditioning coach for the volleyball team at the school, which is where much of my passion for teaching group fitness comes from.
