Trainer Brook is bringing back, Girls Who Lift starting in January!
This training will be one Saturday or Sunday per month. These training sessions are for experienced lifters only, this will not be for beginners.
Each month we will be going through a training split focused on hypertrophy. Learn proper movements and cues for a more effective workout geared towards gaining muscles and carving out the physique you wish to have! Modifications and form correction will be provided.
Get ready for Girls Who Lift with Evolve Owner/Trainer and National Level Bodybuilding Competitor Brook VerMeer.
- For this class you must have experience in the gym, this will not be for beginners.
- Proper nutrition prior to class is a must. Make sure you eat to fuel your body for these workouts.
- There will be no warm up, get to the gym early and get in a 10 minute cardio warmup prior to this training.
