When satisfied members recommend us to their friends and colleagues, it plays a crucial part in growing our business. In grateful recognition for your referrals, we are happy to introduce our ongoing Referral Program.

Participating in our referral program is easy! All you need to do is refer friends, family members, or co-workers to our club and if they join, you will be rewarded. Simply Print off a Referral Card, fill in the blanks, and give it to someone who you think would like our club. Then every time someone joins from your referral, you will be credited 1 free month.

Evolve Fitness has been successful over the years because of members like you and we appreciate everything you do for us. Rules and Regulations

• Referral Cards are for non-member use only. Limit of 1 Referral Card per person. Can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• This program is for new guests and current members only.
• The referred individual can not have been a previous Evolve Fitness member.
• The referred individual must present a completed referral card or mention you upon their first visit and sign a standard membership agreement for you to receive your reward. Pay in Full memberships are excluded.
• Free month rewards are issued on the billing cycle following receipt of the referred individual’s first pre-authorized monthly payment.
