Monday, March 23rd
12:15pm Workout With Jenna No equipment needed
5:30pm Workout with Kassandra
Tuesday, March 24th
5:30am Lower Body Rollercoaster with Kendra Grab a chair or use a couch for bulgarians. Can incorporate dumbbells, or even soup cans for added weight.
4:45pm –AAA with Keri – Dumbells and mat, optional Kettlebell. Be creative if you do not have weights. Can use soup cans or water bottles!
Wednesday, March 25th
5:30pm – PiYo with Sophie No equipment needed. A yoga mat if you prefer.
** Per Beachbody regulations, PiYo video will only be available for 48 hours each week.
Thursday, March 26th
5:30am – Morning Mix with Kendra Grab a chair or utilize your sofa. You can add light weights if you have them. *Kendra has technical difficulties, no record.
12:15pm – Core Balance with Keri *Virtual Only* Handweights and a mat or a carpet to do core on the ground. Optional: step or bosu
5:30pm – Workout with Samantha Fill a backpack with weight that you prefer. Use a piece of furniture for toe taps.
Friday, March 27th
12:15pm – Lower Body Blast with Jenna
Monday, March 30th
12:15pm Workout with Sam *Virtual Only* No equipment needed. If you would like to add weight, fill a backpack for desired added weight.
5:30pm Workout with Kassandra – Grab a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell if you have it. Fill a backpack with weight or laundry detergent bottle, something you can swing like a kettlebell.
Tuesday, March 31st
5:30am Lower Body Rollercoaster with Kendra *Please contact Kendra if you would like to attend* No equipment needed. Can add weight if you wish
8:00am Alignment Based Vinyasa Yoga with Caitlyn – Yoga mat and a block if needed
4:45pm AAA with Keri *Virtual Only*
Wednesday, April 1st
5:30pm PiYo with Sophie – All you need is a yoga mat. Per Beachbody regulations, this class video will only be available for 48 hours.
Thursday, April 2nd
5:30am Morning Mix with Kendra *Please contact Kendra if you would like to attend* No equipment needed. Can add weight if you wish
12:15pm Core Balance with Keri *Virtual Only*
5:30pm Workout with Sam – Get ready for a fun at home workout with Sam. You will need 5 rolls of toilet paper, yup you read that right! And a mat if you have one.

Saturday, April 4th
8:00am Sweaty Saturday with Jenna – All you need is a chair
Monday, April 6th
12:15pm Workout With Sam *VIRTUAL ONLY* – No equipment needed. A mat if you have one.
5:30pm Workout with Kassandra – No equipment needed.
Tuesday, April 7th
5:30am Lower Body Rollercoast with Kendra – no equipment needed.
4:45pm Alignment Based Vinyasa Yoga with Caitlyn *VIRTUAL ONLY* – Frontal hip release. 2 blocks would be helpful.
Wednesday, April 8th
5:30pm PiYo with Sophie – Per Beachbody regulations, this video will only be available for 48 hours.
Thursday, April 9th
5:30am Morning Mix with Kendra – No equipment needed.
12:15pm Core Balance with Keri *VIRTUAL ONLY* – Equipment needed: dumbbells and a towel for under the knee.
5:30pm Workout with Sam – Grab a mat if you have one and weighted backpack for added sweat!
Friday, April 10th
12:15pm Lower Body Blast with Jenna – No equipment needed but can add dumbbells if you have them!
