Starting as a PiYo group fitness instructor, I found my passion for helping women live a healthier lifestyle. Now as a certified personal trainer, I use evidence-based tools and a client-centered approach to help women achieve long term results.
Together, we’ll collaborate on a customized workout program that fits your needs. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle toning or something in between, we’ll use intentional exercise and build sustainable habits for success. Every step of your journey, I’ll be there to help you break through barriers and celebrate your wins.
In addition to training, I enjoy teaching group fitness classes because our ladies are accountable, welcoming and always open to a challenge.
Outside of the gym, you can find me on the lake or walking with my two dogs, Hazelle & Archer.
