Hi! My name is Kendra Sheets. My fitness journey started back in college. It started with running and hikes through the Spearfish Canyon. As I saw my body changing, I became happy with the weight loss and discouraged with the flab that never seemed to go away. When I moved to Sioux Falls, to become an elementary teacher, I started training with a Kettlebell instructor; my flab toned up and my body became shapelier. I try to incorporate kettlebell and other weight training into my classes to show women, lifting weights will shape your body so much more than running/walking/ellipticals.
