Hello ladies! My name is Kassandra but you can call me Kass. I’ve been an active person my entire life indoors and outdoors and could not imagine not having some form of fitness in my life. In the summer of 2018 I successfully completed my first Tough Mudder 5k and loved it and will do another one in the future. Weight training and HIIT are by far my favorite forms of fitness as I love the fast pace you get with HIIT workouts and the muscle and strength you gain from weights.
When I first started going to the gym I wasn’t very experienced and that’s why I liked taking classes that were offered as it helped me learn new ways to work out and use different equipment, that along with a bunch of research over the years has helped sculpt the fitness regimen that I currently use. Now I’m getting back to the roots of where I first started but as an instructor. It is a great feeling knowing that you have support from an entire room of people training just as you are and that’s something I’d like to share with you all in my class!
