Alignment Based Vinyasa Yoga

“A mental and physical fitness class that focuses on the body’s natural positioning utilizing breath-guided movements.”

The mindful cueing and body weight exercises in this Yoga class can prevent injury and create better performance on and off the mat while the synchronized breathing can provide a variety of benefits for the mind. While beginners are welcome and encouraged, this class often includes weight-bearing on the hands such as plank.
